Downtown Dialogue is the official newsletter for Capitol Neighborhoods, Inc. It is published bi-monthly, beginning each volume in February. Downtown Dialogue is sent to all members of Capitol Neighborhoods, Inc., plus advertisers and other persons who have shown particular interest in the activities of CNI. It is also distributed in various locations throughout downtown Madison, such as the main public library, Madison Senior Center and several retail stores. It is supported primarily by the advertisers, with backup by the general funds of CNI.
