Mission: From the premise that the status quo
is unacceptable, the Capitol Neighborhoods, Inc. Homelessness
Committee seeks to:
a. Study the complex issues of homelessness and their impact.
b. Identify and implement strategies for meaningful community dialogue, outreach
and education.
c. Build capacity for coalition, collaboration and change.
The Committee will be formed ad hoc with the expectation that it may become
permanent after 18 months.
